What we collect
Your name, email, phone number (for reservations), and the content of your message or booking note. Nothing more.
Why
So we can handle your reservation or question and get back to you. For reservations, this is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you; for other messages, it's our legitimate interest in replying.
How long
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, for a maximum of 12 months from when you sent it, unless the law requires otherwise.
Who we share it with
No one outside our business, except our email delivery processor (Resend), which only delivers the message and doesn't use your data itself.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz). Email us at info@labska-marina.cz.
